Kineton Art Group’s annual Art Exhibition and Sale of Paintings will be held on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th May 2026 at Kineton Village Hall, Mill Street, Kineton, Warwickshire CV35 0LB.
This will be our only exhibition this year so be sure to put the date in your diary. Entrance is free and doors will be open from 10.00 am until 4.00 pm each day.
There will be a wide range of original artworks, prints and greetings cards at affordable prices. This lovely, informal exhibition offers lots to enjoy including live music. Based in the village of Kineton in South Warwickshire, Kineton Art Group started as a small group of half a dozen friends meeting in each other’s houses and has now grown to over 75 members which meet every Monday (bar Bank Holidays) in Kineton Village Hall with both afternoon and evening sessions.
Most members paint in watercolours, acrylics or oils but there are several who create works of art from embroidery, jewelled pieces, collages and silk transfers. There is no formal instruction at sessions but several times a year we have visiting artists who demonstrate or give workshops in their particular techniques and forms of art. Recently we have had demonstrations on oils, seascapes in watercolour, cyanotype printing, wool art and handmade paper and whole day workshops on watercolours and acrylic, willow weaving, portraits in oils, drawing and mixed media.
So expect a dazzlingly varied choice of artworks at our May Exhibition.
